Ernestine started exercising and lifting weights when she was 56 years-old.
Yes, there is still hope if you haven’t started yet. Of course, you don’t have to become a bodybuilder. You can just get in shape, maybe drop a few pounds, maybe give your joints some rest, maybe just feel a little better in general. You can do it!

She is adorable. She’s a real person who made changes for the better. Even though it was hard, even though she didn’t want to, even though she complained and resisted, she still did it.
You must watch the video. Around the 30 minute mark, she actually does a few poses and some push ups (good pushups, not the half-a** pushups using knees, like I do).
